Answer: The appropriate ID to use are defined by Institutions. However, we recommend you have at least one of the four government Identifications (Drivers license, Passport, Voters card, NHIS card) ready for your request submission.
Answer: Order processing duration is typically between 24 – 72 hours, depending on the institution and service type chosen. However, peak periods like graduation time can take as long as 5 working days.
Answer: Yes. Orders can be processed from your Ghanaian institution to over 225 countries globally using our global courier partners.
Answer: Yes. All requests are tagged with a unique ID that can be used to track their progress. If courier option is used, we provide an airway bill that is updated real-time so you can follow the journey of your parcel until it arrives its destination.
Answer: This means we have not secured a partnership with your institution yet, and would not be able to take your requests at this time. Clearing Hub is aggressively driving its adoption, and we hope to soon cover all tertiary institutions in Ghana.
Answer: Yes. We can post documents to any institutions around the world you specify.
Answer: We require user accounts to enable us maintain a catalogue of all your requests within the same profile. This allows you to track your history, and us to support issue resolution quicker. This is also required for security purposes.
Answer: We have streamlined our account opening procedure, and can be completed within 2 minutes.
Answer: We currently offer some of the best courier prices available for local and international deliveries.
Answer: Yes. We have a self-pick up option that would allow you or your designated party pick up your requests once they have been processed.
Answer: No. In compliance with the Data Protection Act, the owner of the academic records needs to make the request and sign the consent to release the information in the form of the requested service. The pick up or delivery can be designated as appropriate.
Answer: No. Only paid requests would be processed. However we have provided a variety of secure payment options, including physical cash deposit at the bank, if an online payment is not favoured.
Answer: No – Registration is free of any charge.
Answer: Yes – There are no limits on the requests you can make from the platform, except as enforced by a particular institution. We would always endeavour to inform users of such limitations as they arise.

Answer: No – Transacted payments are automatically switched to the institutions, and courier partners (if applicable), and thus are final.
